Agile Coach/Scrum Master

Currently we have an immediate need to add an experienced:

Agile Coach
Location: Chantilly, VA (on-site in a client environment)
Clearance: TS/SCI with a polygraph
Compensation: Competitive, Excellent Benefits

The appropriate candidate should have experience with the following:
As an Agile Coach, you will provide agile coaching, perform Scrum Master support services, and dashboard and metric support to any development team or business partner associated with the software development organization. You will provide dedicated strategic analysis and change management support to combine all the individual divisions and various teams' strategic plans and roadmaps into one consolidated master strategy. Communication and socialization of the strategic and organizational planning requirements amongst the leadership team is critical to your efforts. 

In this role you will:
  • Provide assistance to the program for reviewing accountability, ability for audit, and provide programmatic support to ensure compliancy with policy and regulations.
  • Work closely with developers in systems evaluations to collect and understand program requirements, and communicate those requirements to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications:
  • Must maintain active/current TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance.
  • Experience using existing enterprise framework guidelines to manage communications and teams according to previously established Agile Framework and methodology.
  • Must possess a certification in Change Management.
  • Must be a Certified SCRUM Master.
  • Experience understanding market research and data analysis.
  • Experience in creating reports regarding strategies for review by senior management.
  • Experience in developing internal reviews of charters, drafting changes, and proposing modifications to charters when necessary to help execute group goals.
