Currently we have an immediate need to add an experienced:

Systems Engineer
Location: Chantilly, VA (on-site client environment)
Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph
Compensation: Competitive, Excellent Benefits

Only applicants with the active required security clearance and are U.S. Citizens will be reviewed.

As a Systems Engineer, you will craft research plans and develop clear objectives for mission critical teams. You will guide our key stakeholders, both technical and non-technical in to developing solutions. You will use your experience with creating and developing enterprise-wide solutions.

The appropriate candidate should have experience with the following:
  • Must maintain active/current TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance.
  • 10+ of experience with Information Technology, Network Engineering, and a BA or BS in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated experience reviewing assessment reports and assisting projects in identifying security risks.
  • Experience developing well crafted research plans with clear research objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience writing usability research screeners and discussion guides for key stakeholders.
  • Experience recruiting targeted end users for specific research studies, and conducting stakeholder and partner interviews.
  • Experience helping develop and implementing quantitative technical surveys, and extracting insights about user behaviors from web instrumentation tools.
  • Experience translating user insights to actionable recommendations for the client's product team, and crafting personas and guideposts to communicate insight across client's design and development teams.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting research findings to the larger group in a clear and organized fashion, and working closely with product teams to identify research objectives.
  • DESIRED:  Certificates or significant educational background in Human-Centered Design, UX/UI, Systems Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a similar field of study.
  • DESIRED:  5+ years of experience conducting user research in a professional setting or with a portfolio of research exhibiting artifacts of the tasks described above.
  • DESIRED:  A solid understanding of the OSI Model, and experience in Network Engineering.
