Currently we have an immediate need to add an experienced:

Systems Engineer
Location: Herndon, VA (on-site client environment)
Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph
Compensation: Competitive, Excellent Benefits

As an Systems Engineer and Systems Architect you will work in conjunction with the Technical Director to develop design guidance for the applications developers, as well as define target platforms, interface designs, research, and test the designed systems. You will perform mission-critical work across 8 separate newly developing systems, and be part of a larger program that maintains and performs O&M on 28 current systems. You will assist your team in providing full software buildouts to include front and back-end systems, as well as sub-system components.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Must maintain active/current TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance.
  • Demonstrated experience developing, designing, testing, and making suggestions for infrastructure and systems based on customer requirements.
  • Experience providing architectural guidance and recommendations.
  • Experience developing prototypes to demonstrate proposed products and services, as well as offering analysis on if they will meet the customer's requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience providing business and technical consultation and defining methods to meet strategic objectives and roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated experience providing complete assessments of the technical characteristics of proposals and alternatives considered in applications design.
  • Demonstrated experience creating a process for evaluating new technologies and providing cost benefit cost benefit analysis and recommendations for new technology insertion and integration.
  • Experience identifying and assessing integration and interoperability (I&I) challenges in system and service development plans, considering technical, programmatic, and mission dimensions.
